34k files losing their structure is not an inconvenience. I have over 34k files now, in one folder with this horrible naming schema and they are telling me they are "sorry for the inconvenience". They claim they have no way of recreating this structure. For example, if i had doc_dir1/doc and doc_dir1/doc previously they are now named doc1, doc2 with no link to their original directory structure. While they have been able to recover the files, there are two major problems. If a connection breaks, no warning message appears, your files just live in the temp cache, renamed with a temp number they've assigned. It seems that their system moves all of your files to a temporary cache, and then moves these files to the final I:\ drive. They know it's not fake -they are trying to keep other people from knowing the truth. That's really confusing since they specifically addressed this very review in my customer ticket. Update: While they have attempted to work with me to fix the problem, they have now flagged my review as "fake". I've contacted customer service and of course, no response. I've lost dozen of files permanently (I was working from the command line, using the "mv" command). Turns out that every time the drive unmounted, all the files associated were not transferred. The drive kept unmounting, but other than annoying, I thought it was working. Avoid at all costs! Just purchased storage and attempted to move files via mounting the "I drive".
